dict-freedict-jpn-rus software package provides Japanese-Russian dictionary for the dict server/client, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dict-freedict-jpn-rus
dict-freedict-jpn-rus is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dict-freedict-jpn-rus package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dict-freedict-jpn-rus *
You will get with dict-freedict-jpn-rus package name, version, architecture and description in a table
